| Refund & Exchange Information
All refund and exchanges must be conducted within the day of purchase to 14 days after. Receipt(s) or Invoice(s) must be presented for refunds and exchanges to be valid. Condition of product and all related items must be in the original selling condition. Computing Solutions Canada reserves the right to refuse and refund / exchange item deemed to be non-resalable.
Software products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable if the package has been opened.
Preloaded operating system and other Microsoft products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
A 15% restocking fee is applicable and will apply to all refunds and exchanges and the fee will be calculated from the total taxed invoiced of the purchased item.
A 15% restocking fee is applicable to any cancellations made after payment has been processed and the fee will be calculated from the total taxed invoiced of the purchased item.

The deposit for a system order is non-refundable.
The deposit for a special item order is non-refundable.
The exchange value and price is based on the current market price at the time of refund or exchange; however, exception applies when the purchase price is lower then the current market price.
